I am writing to let you know that your group rooms will be available after 4PM and I was hoping you can notify the parents that rooms will be ready after 4 pm and not earlier. This ensures that your groups rooms are ready, spotless and together as promised. The rooms have been preblocked and will be as close to one another as possible.
